DHS is not only positioned at border crossings, we also need them to work inside the country because of the tragedy from 9/11 and Congress passing of the Homeland Security Act, which allowed for them to take more security measures to PROTECT us! The US government typically works in reactive mode, but terrorist murdered 3,000 innocent people, so now our government needs to be in PROACTIVE mode and try to reduce the chances of another terrorist attack in our country. This checkpoint takes 5 minutes to go through and answer simple questions to agents who are doing their jobs, similar to a police officer pulling someone over, I feel safer having these checkpoints which they are ALLOWED to setup because of the HSA. This guy is an idiot to cause a problem, I would like to know if he has served his country in the military?; 30/1/14 13:43
