what's really fucked up about this is that since the courts have said the state can control things according to "time and place" it could be seen as legal. however, the exceptions to the first amendment, or to any part of the constitution, must be very narrowly tailored to be the minimum necessary to affect the change desired which must be of the public interest, and moreso than say freedom of speech, and on that account this is blatantly unconstitutional.

also that the reporters don't call them out on it, they just baaah baaah along.
