<The case is pretty cut & dry right? If he did it he deserves the worst he can get, right? So they why under such circumstances where everything's on their side do they STILL resort to absolutely absurd measures? Five felonies? No. One act, one crime, one felony. Bail at 1 million? No. No Bail. FFS, can't they EVER! get it right?>
